John Phillips, is a highly decorated military veteran, his mission is to empower individuals to release their full potential whether they are striving for personal growth, professional development or the confidence to take on challenges they think are impossible.

John’s own journey is a testament to what’s possible. Leaving school with only basic qualifications, he entered the military where discipline, resilience, and adaptability shaped the foundation of his life. After a distinguished career in the Army, John transitioned into the business world, building a successful career and continuously expanding his knowledge.

Today, John holds a Masters in International Business Administration, Postgraduate Diploma in Business, a degree in Natural Medicine, and is currently pursuing a PhD. He has also achieved a Diploma in Counselling and Business & Management Coaching. This unique blend of military precision, business acumen, and holistic approaches allows him to guide others with both structure and empathy.

Through consulting, coaching, and tailored guidance, John helps people unlock their potential, seize opportunities, and overcome barriers, whether those barriers are self-doubt, circumstance, or lack of direction. His philosophy is simple: if you’re willing to give it a go, you deserve the chance to succeed.

Outside of consulting and coaching, Johns interests include endurance athletics, martial arts, singing, and family, living proof that balance, persistence and passion are key to a fulfilling life.
